Wings and Waffles, an event that allows diners to enjoy local fare and vote for their favorite Tucson Originals Restaurant, will be held Aug. 16, 2-6 p.m., at Lodge on the Desert, 306 N. Alvernon Way. Tickets $20 in advance, $25 at the door.
Participating restaurants include Bisbee Breakfast Club, Casino Cel Sol, Claire's Cafe, Fresco Pizzeria, Gourmet Girls, Jonathan's Cork, Kingfisher, Magpies Pizza, Mama's Hawaiian BBQ, Mother Hubbard's Cafe, Pastiche, Rocco's Pizza and Snow Peas.
