The one and only time A Perfect Circle β€” Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan’s modern rock project β€” came to Tucson was in 2004, which means that many of the people who will likely fill Kino Memorial Stadium April 14 to see their encore were in second or third grade.

Those same fans might have been in middle school the last time the Stone Temple Pilots lit up a Tucson stage β€” 2008 at Casino del Sol’s AVA.

A Perfect Circle and the Stone Temple Pilots will share the marquee for the 2018 KFMA Day festival. Also on the lineup: Korn frontman Jonathan Davis, Tennessee alt-metal outfit 10 Years, multi-instrumentalist Two Feet and Northern California β€œbootie shakin’ rock β€˜n’ roll” band Vista Kicks.

Tickets are $45 at Tucson Pizza Hut locations or online at ticketfly.com

Gates open at noon on April 14 at the Kino Sports Complex, 2500 E. Ajo Way, and the first act is set to go on stage at 1 p.m.
