'Rolling Stone' reports that the hip-hop veterans are joining forces this fall. The NY State of Mind Tour will kick off on Aug. 30 in St. Louis. The co-headliners will hit major cities all across North America before wrapping on Oct. 4. That show will be played at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
