Mardi Gras Festival 

The Parish is throwing a Mardi Gras fest featuring a crawfish boil and alligator roast, plus live music and complimentary beads. The full menu is TBA!

When: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13

Cost: $15 at the door; food and drinks are sold separately. This event is for ages 21 and up unless accompanied by a parent. Kids aren't allowed after 9 p.m.

Live storytelling with F*ST Female Storytellers

F*ST, Female* StoryTellers, is back with a night of live storytelling. This time, the night will be centered around the theme "bittersweet."

Trivia at Crooked Tooth Brewing Co.

Test your knowledge in all things "Gilmore Girls," "The Handmaid's Tale" and New Girl" at these trivia nights. Teams can have as many as five people!

When: 7 p.m. Tuesdays: Feb. 13 for "Gilmore Girls," Feb. 20 for "The Handmaid's Tale," Feb. 27 for "New Girl." Teams are signed up on a first come, first served basis. It's suggested to get there by 6 p.m. to secure your spot.

Valentine's Day at Flandrau

Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium is set to host two shows this Valentine's Day. The first tells ancient stories in connection to constellations in the sky. The second features lasers alongside Disney songs.

Heirloom Fruit Tree Workshop

Stargazing with Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association 

Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association is hosting stargazing nights in Catalina State Park, Saguaro National Park East and Tucson Mountain Park this February.

When: 2-9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9 for Catalina State Park; 7-9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 16 for Saguaro National Park East; 7-9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17 for Tucson Mountain Park.

Tucson Rodeo and parade 

La Fiesta de los Vaqueros, aka the Tucson rodeo, returns this February with more than a week of professional events, bull riding, roping and more. The Tucson Rodeo Parade will be held on Feb. 22.

When: The rodeo will be held Feb. 17-25. The parade is 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 22.
