Tucson Rodeo and parade 

La Fiesta de los Vaqueros, aka the Tucson rodeo, returns this February with more than a week of professional events, bull riding, roping and more. The Tucson Rodeo Parade will be held on Feb. 22.

When: The rodeo will be held Feb. 17-25. The parade is 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 22.

Where: Tucson Rodeo Grounds, 4823 S. Sixth Ave.

Trivia at Crooked Tooth Brewing Co.

Test your knowledge in all things "Gilmore Girls," "The Handmaid's Tale" and New Girl" at these trivia nights. Teams can have as many as five people!

When: 7 p.m. Tuesdays: Feb. 13 for "Gilmore Girls," Feb. 20 for "The Handmaid's Tale," Feb. 27 for "New Girl." Teams are signed up on a first come, first served basis. It's suggested to get there by 6 p.m. to secure your spot.

Welcoming the community to shop local, all while supporting the talented artists in Tucson, #ThisIsTucson is putting together our second outdoor artisan market dubbed Tucson Together, taking place on Fifth Avenue near Congress Street from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24.

You'll find handmade and curated items from around 100 local makers, three food trucks, a book scavenger hunt from Tucson Tome Gnome and an art-making station from the Tucson Museum of Art. Youth On Their Own will be collecting donations of food and household items!


Spring Ikebana Festival

Ikebana is known as the "meditative art of Japanese floral arrangements." This festival at Yume Japanese Gardens of Tucson celebrates the arrival of spring with floral arrangements around the gardens. 

When: 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursdays-Sundays, Feb. 22 through March 3

Art Corner with BICAS

Get free access to recycled bike art parts, tools and other materials and get creative! Once you're finished, you can donate your creation to BICAS or give a suggested donation to the nonprofit, if you're able to. Check in at the front counter before heading to the art area.
