FC Tucson vs. Arizona Arsenal

Watch as FC Tucson takes on Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club the day before Independence Day. Get $1 hot dogs, $2 Bomb Pops and $3 PBR beers. The night ends with fireworks.

Canstruction Tucson: Build for Hunger

This art exhibit features "cansculptures" built with canned foods by teams of local architects, designers, builders, contractors and engineers. You can vote for your favorite sculpture by donating to the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.

City of Tucson Fireworks

The City of Tucson will be launching fireworks from "A" Mountain for their 27th annual Fourth of July celebration.

When: 9 p.m. Thursday, July 4

Where: Tucson Convention Center's west-side parking lot, 260 S. Church Ave., and neighboring areas

Cost: Free to watch; bring money for certain lots that charge, plus bites from food trucks

Oro Valley Fireworks

Keep the family entertained with live music, food trucks, a beer garden, kids crafts, lawn games and more in Oro Valley. The Oro Valley Aquatic Center will also have reduced admission rates from noon to 5 p.m. to celebrate the holiday ($1 for children, $3 for adults).

When: Thursday, July 4; events and activities start at 5 p.m., fireworks start at 9 p.m.

Star Spangled Spectacular

At Marana’s Star-Spangled Spectacular, enjoy live entertainment, games, the park’s splash pad, a car show and 35 food vendors from across the region for a night of fun.

When: Thursday, July 4; festivities start at 5 p.m., fireworks are at 9 p.m.

Diamonds in the Sky

Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium will bring together two all-American favorites: baseball and fireworks. The annual Diamonds in the Sky event will feature the Sun Belt College Baseball League showcase game, followed by a 30-minute fireworks display.

When: Thursday, July 4; Doors open at 5:30 p.m., first pitch is at 6:30 p.m. Fireworks follow immediately after.

Where: Kino Sports Complex, 2500 E. Ajo Way

Cost: Admission is free with a donation of a non-perishable item or $1. All proceeds go to the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.

61st Annual 4th of July Parade

The Palo Verde Neighborhood is hosting a parade on the Fourth of July. The event is also set to feature games through the Tucson Parks and Recreation's Ready, Set, Rec! mobile recreation program and live music.
