Giving Community with Arizona Bilingual Community

Arizona Bilingual Newspaper will be giving away up to 300 gift cards at this event, so community members will be able to purchase a turkey for Thanksgiving. There will also be music, entertainment, raffles and a vaccine clinic.

When: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21

Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience

Imagine stepping into a painting by Vincent van Gogh. The colors swirl around you and the images of landscapes and self-portraits by the 19th century Post-Impressionist artist suck you into a 360-degree virtual world. That’s what you will experience at “Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience” in Oro Valley.

When: Thursdays-Mondays; closed Thanksgiving

LightsUp! A Festival of Illumination

Kick off the holiday season with a stroll through the Tucson Botanical Gardens. There will be luminaria displays, 1 million twinkling lights and dancing sculptures among the gardens' six themed light areas.

You might have seen this viral rave on TikTok — the Shrek-themed rave has now made its second trek to Tucson.

The Cirque Roots Fire Troupe puts on a 20-minute fire show every fourth Friday, right outside of Sky Bar.

Brewin at the Chul

Tohono Chul is hosting its second-ever fall series at its Garden Bistro! There will be music, spirits, brews and bites.

Black Owned Business Festival

Blax Friday, a local organization with a directory of Black-owned businesses throughout Arizona, is hosting its second Black Owned Business (BOB) Festival this month. Last year, the festival featured 60 vendors, food trucks and live entertainment. 

When: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25

Arts & Crafts Fair in Reid Park

This Arts & Crafts Fair held by Tucson Parks and Recreation boasts more than 140 vendors from the Southwest typically including painters, jewelers, photographers and more.

The Emo Night Tour

This emo dance party features the sounds of Taking Back Sunday, My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy.

Made in Tucson Market

The Made in Tucson Market featured around 300 makers at its last market in March. Although the vendor list is TBA, the market supports local artists and in the past has featured items like paper goods, clothing, jewelry, home decor and photography.

When: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 26

Where: Seventh Street west of Fourth Avenue

Night at the Museum: Minis & Sip

The Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures is pairing miniatures with wine! Alongside wine and small snacks, create your own miniature world through a tunnel book.

Test your knowledge in all things "Spongebob," "The Big Lewbowski" and "Star Wars" at these trivia nights. Teams can have as many as five people!

When: 7 p.m. Tuesdays: Nov. 7 for "Spongebob"; Nov. 14 for "The Big Lewbowski"; Nov. 28 for "Star Wars." Teams are signed up on a first come, first served basis. It's suggested to get there by 6 p.m. to secure your spot.
