Contrarian.
What is your proudest professional accomplishment?
When I left my previous job, younger and older colleagues mentioned that they had learned a great deal from me and that they would miss the fun that we had at the office. The reality was that I felt the exact same way about them.
What do you want people to remember most about you?
I want people to remember me as a good and loving husband and father, a loyal friend, and an honest and equitable businessman.
How do you define a great leader?
A great leader surrounds himself or herself with advisers that excel in areas where he or she is weak, considers all available opinions, and takes timely and decisive action based on his or her convictions, even if the action is unpopular. A great leader doesn't hold grudges.
