What is your proudest professional accomplishment?
My proudest achievement is seeing the ways that the long-term impact of my work has helped children, families, elderly and the environment. I'm exceptionally proud of spearheading a solar-energy project, enabling the American Red Cross Southern Arizona Chapter to be the first Red Cross in the country to go solar.
What do you want people to remember most about you?
That I work hard and play hard, and that I infuse into my life and work the principles of equality, justice and merit.
How do you define a great leader?
A great leader is an innovator whose infectious spirit draws others to join the leader.
