The road up Mount Lemmon re-opened Saturday morning to vehicles with chains and four-wheel drive.Β 

The road was closed Friday morning due to inclement weather. Drivers are advised to watch for ice on the road,Β according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department.

The Tucson metro area got aroundΒ .50-.75 inches of rain, according the National Weather Service.Β 

The weather service also issues a flash flood watch in the Tucson area until 5 p.m. Friday.Β

At 6:38 a.m., NWS issued a brief tornado warning in areas north of Tucson, including part of Marana. The warning expired at 7 a.m.
