John Shyrock is performing and producing this year's Stars of Magic show.

Lets face it, we could all use a little magic and escapism in our life.

Enter more than a dozen magicians who will take the stage in Tucson Saturday, Aug. 17, ready to blow your mind.

Stars of Magic is back with its 36th edition at the Historic Temple of Music and Art, 330 S. Scott Ave. The show starts at 7 p.m. but you’ll find pre-show entertainment in the lobby when the doors open at 6:30.

The family-friendly event is packed with magic tricks, mentalism and ventriloquism from award-winning talent, including the Tucson born Shyrock, who is also producing the show, and his wife Mari Lynn. Others on deck include:

Tickets are $22 for adults, $16 for kids under 12 and $35 for VIP, which includes preferential seating and a complementary souvenir through starsofmagicshow.com.
