Freethought Arizona will host a lecture 10 a.m. to noon Sunday, Oct. 16 in the DuVal Auditorium at Banner β University Medical Center Tucson, 1501 N. Campbell Ave.
The talk by attorney Robert McWhirter "Are You Talkin' to Me? Just Who Are Those 'People' in the Tenth Amendment?" will explore populations, such as black Americans, that fought to be included U.S. Constitution's declaration for "We the people."
