Lenten recital series begins at St. Philip's in the Hills

Young musicians will take the stage as part of a St. Philip’s in the Hills Episcopal Church Friends of Music series.

The “Lenten Recital Series: Rising Stars in the Next Musical Generation” will begin Thursday, Feb. 15 and continue each Thursday of Lent until March 22. The recitals in the Bloom Music Center at the church, 4440 N. Campbell Ave., will go from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m., according to press materials.

The first recital features harpist Xiaodi Xu. Suggested admission is $10. Students with ID can attend free.
