The Episcopal Church of the Apostles, 12111 N. La Cholla Blvd. in Oro Valley, will host the 12-week program "Mindfulness for Children" starting Sunday, July 9.
The class for kids ages 4 to 7 will meet on consecutive Sundays 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Children will learn to breathe, listen and interact with intention and compassion, according to press materials.
