The Arizona Center for Judaic Studies at the University of Arizona will live stream the conference "Looking Back, Looking Forward: 100 Years of the Arab-Israeli Conflict" 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 10 at the Tucson Jewish Community Center, 3800 E. River Road.Β
The half-day conference is happening at Brandeis University in Massachusetts in recognition of the Balfour Declaration, issued in 1917 by the British governmentΒ calling for a Jewish homeland, according to press materials. The Tucson event is free.
