Marine biology, rocketry, Lego engineering, chemistry and forensics are just a few subjects available to kids entering kindergarten through sixth grade at UA Fusion Camps this summer.

The mission of UA Fusion is to give kids educational programs that focus on literacy, creative arts, science explorations and health and wellness through hands-on experiences that promote excitement for learning.

Hosted by UA BookStores and Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium, the camps are offered for eight weeks during summer — June 6 through July 29.

Each weekly session is $250 and registration opens March 1.

UA Fusion is just one of many summer programs for children throughout Tucson.

If you’re with an organization that is hosting a summer camp, it’s time to get it listed.

See the info box for a step by step guide on how to list your programs — and how to search for them — in our online database and calendar.
