Solo—boxer mix
Age: 1 year.
Qualities: Solo is a 40 pound young boxer mix rescued from the euthanasia list at PACC. Solo has a lot of energy because he is still a puppy! First thing out of his crate in the mornings, he likes to go for a 2-mile walk. Solo completed a board and train program at sol.DOG and has basic training down. He is very smart and trainable, and already knows sit, lie down and roll over. Between his athleticism and his intelligence, his rescuers think he has a lot of potential for agility, nose work, or other engaging activities. Solo is very friendly and loves attention, especially being massaged. He also loves to play tug of war and has his moments of zoomies, where he just wants to be chased!
Needs: A no cat household; he does not get along with cats. A foster home or an adoptive home that is active and can provide him with daily walks. A family that likes to hike or run would be a good match for this energetic boy.
Fee: $125 to adopt. Free to foster and Bridge Rescue pays all medical and provides a crate, food, toys and supplies while you foster him. You provide the home, structure and love.
Contact: Bridge Rescue at brdgrescue@gmail.com or call 390-6904.
