Tucson is expected to experience a "rather active" afternoon and evening of thunderstorms, the weather service says.
Some of the storms could be severe and result in localized flash flooding, the National Weather Service said early Tuesday on social media.

The weather service also warned of a blowing dust advisory that will be in effect from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. west and northwest of Tucson.
