An 87-year-old Tucson woman who went missing Sunday was found dead Monday morning.
Tucson police said Ramilda Guglielmo left a Walgreens at 2180 W. Grant Road around 10:30 a.m. Sunday. She did not return to her vehicle and her body was found about two miles away from the store.
Guglielmo suffered from dementia, police said. No signs of foul play were found.
