Police are investigating a 4th Avenue shooting that took place in the parking lot of O'Malley's Bar and Grill early Sunday morning.Β
The incident occurred just before 1:30 a.m. when two people were seen arguing outside of O'Malley's. A shot was fired, striking an adult male, said Sgt. Kimberly Bay, a Tucson Police Department spokeswoman.
He was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
There are no suspects at this point of the investigation.
