Woman's kindness toward homeless gets her belled

Why: For her generosity and kindness. Elmore moved to Tucson from California in August to help her daughter, Sophia, with her children. The help has allowed Franklin to focus on going back to school. Elmore has been helping a homeless man, especially during inclement weather. Elmore picks him up and brings him home to rest and to take a shower. She also takes him to get hot meals and visits with him, according to Franklin’s nomination letter.
