Pima County Justice Court

Marana Municipal court will be participating in Pima County's Warrant Resolution Court next Saturday, allowing people to resolve outstanding misdemeanor warrants.

On Saturday, June 11, Pima County Consolidated Justice Court will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with judges on hand to heard cases from Marana court and other Tucson-area courts, said Vickie Hathaway, a Marana spokeswoman.

Six courtrooms will be available and nine service windows will be open to serve people who have outstanding warrants or need to reestablish payment plans, Hathaway said.

Warrant Resolution Court was created with the goal of settling some of the 20,000 active misdemeanor warrants from 31 agencies within Pima County, Hathaway said.

Anyone with a Marana warrant who would like to attend the event should notify Marana court at 382-2700 before June 11, to guarantee efficient service at Justice Court.
