Pima County Sheriff's Department search and rescue crews airlifted an 18-year-old man out of Tanque Verde Falls Saturday evening, authorities said.

The man fell about 30 feet and possibly suffered an ankle or head injury, said department spokesman Deputy Tom Peine.
