A Tucson man was sentenced to nine years in prison Monday for possessing child pornography.

Anthony Lopez pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.

He was arrested in November 2013 after police investigators received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the downloading of child pornography. Investigators tracked a computer IP address to Lopez.

Following his prison sentence, Lopez must remain on probation for the remainder of his life.
