Photos: Naked man crashes through window in 1973

"Patrons at Sambo's Restaurant, 902 E. Broadway, were amazed then dismayed this morning as a nude young man first walked through the establishment and then crashed back in through a window," wrote a Tucson Citizen reporter on Feb. 20, 1973.
There are no better words to describe the incident. The 22-year-old man, covered in blood, then scuffled with Tucson Police officers before being handcuffed. The man "mumbled that he was 'doing Jesus' business.'"
The building is currently occupied by Welcome Diner.
