A power outage is currently affecting more than 1,500 Tucson Electric Power customers southeast of Tucson.
The outage is affecting areas south of Interstate 10 and includes Vail, Corona De Tucson and the Santa Rita Foothills, according to TEP's outage map.Β
The outage started shortly before 12 p.m. Crews have been dispatched and are investigating the cause.Β
It is unknown when power will be restored.
