A man in his 60s was taken to a hospital with life-threatening stab wounds and later died Saturday afternoon, authorities said.
Tucson police detectives are investigating the homicide in the 200 block of West Delano Street, which is between Oracle Road and Stone Avenue.
At around 3:30 p.m., authorities were called to the area for a man found down on the ground near an unoccupied home, said Sgt. Pete Dugan, a Tucson Police Department spokesman.
Police don't not have any suspects linked to the incident but are canvassing the area, Dugan said.
No further information has been released.
