Luz Gutierrez Payan gave birth to Carlos Orellana Gutierrez, who weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces. Carlos is Payan's seventh child.
The labor and delivery team gave the family two baskets filled with gift cards, baby clothes, stuffed toys, diapers and baby bottles.
