Oro Valley police are searching for two people who stole an agave plant from a cactus nursery last month.
The two people, who appear to be women, stole an agave plant from Cactus and Koi on Saturday, Aug. 25, police said on Facebook.Β
Police call the incident a "drive-by theft." In a video posted by police, a car stopped briefly for a woman to exit, cover the license plate, steal the plant, and drive off.Β
The car is said to be a 1999-2002 tan Chevy Trailblazer with damage to the hood and a rack on the roof.Β
Anyone with further information about the incident is urged to call Oro Valley police at 229-4900.
