A Saturday morning crash on eastbound Interstate 10 between Benson and US 191 continues to delay traffic, officials said.
All lanes have reopened from an earlier closure at milepost 317, but a 5-mile backup remains into the crash site, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
A medical helicopter was brought in to evacuate a patient, but has since left the area, ADOT said.
Westbound I-10 isn't affected but there's no estimate on how long eastbound lanes of travel will be delayed, ADOT said.
