What's all the buzz about?

This week, it's Tucson beekeeper Noel Patterson, who was featured in New York Times' Travel Q&A.

As the resident beekeeper at Miraval Resort and Spa, part of Patterson's work includes harvesting honey from the property's hives to use in spa treatments and in Miraval's kitchens and educating guests on all things honey and bees.

Formerly a wine distributor and sommelier, Patterson also leads a workshop called "Honey: A Sensual Journey," in which he teaches guests that similar to wine, honey "reflects the region where it’s produced."

Check out the full article here and learn how Patterson made the transition from wine to honey.
