A 34-year-old man was killed in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in Marana, police said.
Marquis Jaquez was driving a Nissan Maxima north on North Silverbell Road, north of North Coachline Boulevard about 8:30 a.m. when he was struck by a Tesla Model 3 that was attempting to change lanes, police said in a news release.
The collision sent the Nissan into a wash. Jaquez died at the crash scene, police said.
Marana Police said the investigation is ongoing.
