Last week’s recipient: Lisa Hastreiter-Lamb, director of education at The Mini Time Machine Museum.

Nominated by: Benjamin Collinsworth.

Why: For her work in service to arts education. She trains docents, plans and implements family learning activities, develops summer activities for children, oversees community outreach and a host of other tasks, Collinsworth wrote in his nomination letter. Hastreiter-Lamb brings her strong work ethic, considerable artistic talent and magnificent kindness, Collinsworth wrote.

β€œLisa has mentored a small army of artists and educators. ... Working with Lisa has allowed us to grow and thrive thanks to her guidance and modeling,” he wrote.
