A free seminar titled, “Exercise and Nutrition for Active Aging” is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, April 7 at Tucson Estates.

Senior wellness expert Denise Park, director of wellness and activities for the national company Sunshine Retirement Living, will explain the importance of making the choice to age well, and then the tools and strategies to age actively. Tools include eating quality food, adequate activity, ample sleep, a supportive community and time spent in a natural environment
