A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal February car crash on Tucson south side, officials say.

A felony arrest warrant was issued in August for Shaun Geoffrey Garcia, 34, on suspicion of negligent homicide, manslaughter, and aggravated DUI, a Tucson Police Department news release said.

On Wednesday, U.S. Marshals found and arrested Garcia. He was booked into the Pima County jail.

In the Feb. 7 crash, police assisted the Pima County Sheriff's Department after learning that two men were in a car had crashed into construction equipment, police said.
