Blowing dust caused both directions of I-10 to close Saturday near San Simon.

Interstate 10 is closed in both directions near San Simon due to blowing dust, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The freeway is closed from milepost 352 at US 191 to milepost 391 at the New Mexico Border.

There is no estimated time for the highway to reopen. To bypass the closure, eastbound traffic can take US 191 northbound to US 70 eastbound to Lordsburg. Traffic on westbound I-10 can use the same route in reverse.
