Send Slience Packing is designed to raise awareness about the impact of suicide, connect people to mental health resources and inspire action for suicide prevention. For more than a decade, the Send Silence Packing exhibit has traveled to dozens of campuses across the country to end the silence that surrounds mental illness and suicide. This art is a piece done by the mother of student Katrina "Kara" Taggett. Following her daughter's death, she made this piece in an art therapy class.
