A Pima County constable and three others are dead after gunfire erupted during an eviction in Tucson Thursday, Tucson police confirmed.
Constable Deborah Martinez went to serve an eviction Thursday at Lind Commons, 3493 E. Lind Road, and was killed while there, sources said.
The names of the four people killed had not been confirmed by police, and police had released few details, as of the Star’s publication deadline. – Arizona Daily Star

La agente del Condado Pima Deborah Martínez-Garibay, de 43 años, llevaba una orden de desalojo cuando recibió disparos afuera de un departamento en Tucsón. Otras tres personas aún no identificadas también murieron, incluyendo al sospechoso.
Police identified the shooter as Gavin Lee Stansell, 24, who was being evicted for threatening a neighbor with a gun.
