Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder in the drive-by shooting death of 16-year-old boy earlier this month, Tucson Police said.

Adrian Aguilar was killed around 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 12 near South Oak Tree Drive and West Valencia Road when he was shot by someone inside a red Ford pickup truck, police said.

Alan Solis-Araujo and Marco Pallanes-Luzania, both 16, were named suspects and on Sept. 17, Solis-Araujo was arrested at a home on the south side.

The following day, Pallanes-Luzania was arrested at the port of entry in Douglas.

Solis-Araujo is being held at the Pima County jail on $1 million bond. Pallanes-Luzania is being held at the Cochise County jail, awaiting extradition to Tucson.
