A third teen has been arrested in connection with a double-killing in December at a Tucson park, police say.

Christopher Bojorquez, 16, was arrested in the Dec. 27 fatal shooting of Joshua Mariscal Jr., 20, and a 17-year-old boy police did not publicly identify. The pair were shot and killed about 8:15 p.m. at a community park in the 3600 block of South Naco Vista, near South Kino Parkway and East Ajo Way.

They were meeting at the park with "unknown individuals," police have said.

Bojorquez was being held at the Pima County Juvenile Detention Centeron suspicion of two counts of first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, armed robbery and for being a minor in possession of a firearm, police said Friday in a news release.

Kaleb Gonzales, 16, was the second person arrested on similar charges in the case.

And earlier in January Jose Mendez-Torres, 18, was arrested in connection with the deadly shooting. Mendez-Torres was jailed on suspicion of two counts of first-degree murder, armed robbery, aggravated robbery, trafficking in stolen property and discharging a firearm within city limits, police said in an earlier news release.
