The body of a 36-year-old man who'd been shot to death was found Wednesday southeast of Tucson, authorities said.
The body of Santiago Jimenez Herrera was found about noon Wednesday near Interstate-10 in a desert area near the 7400 block of South Wilmot Road, Tucson police said Thursday in a news release.
No details about the circumstances of the shooting have been released, but police say it is being investigated as a homicide.
