An 18-year-old man found shot Wednesday evening in a car stopped in front of a business on West Miracle Mile has died, Tucson police say.
Alex Junior Medina was found wounded in the 1200 block of West Miracle Mile, near North Fairview Avenue, by officers who responded to a shooting call, the Tucson police Department said Friday in a news release.
He died later at the hospital.
A teen girl who was with Medina in the car war not injured.
The shooting took place in the 1000 block of West Lind Street, at nearby Jacobs Park, the release said.
No motive has been established.
