A 26-year-old Tucson man was arrested Thursday in connection with a Thanksgiving night homicide at a motel on Tucson's north side, police said.
On Nov. 24, police found 30-year-old Adam Bourdon wounded outside the office of the No-Tel Motel, 2425 N. Oracle Rd., at about 11:30 p.m. when they responded to a reported disturbance, according to a Tucson Police Department news release.
Paramedics with Tucson Fire Department began medical treatment, but Bourdon died at the scene shortly after.
Detectives learned that he had been staying at the motel for at least a day, and found signs of an altercation inside his room, the release said.
With the assistance of a police department analyst, detectives identified Tommy Soza as a possible suspect in Bourdon's death.
He was arrested on Nov. 28 in an unrelated incident and outstanding warrants, and on Dec. 8, police visited Soza in the Pima County jail and rearrested him on charges of first-degree murder, the release said.
He's being held in jail on a $267,000 bond.
