Tucson police are looking for a man who robbed a north-side bank Tuesday morning.
The robbery happened just before 11 a.m. at Pima Federal Credit Union, 3730 N. Stone Ave., when a man walked into the bank, and gave the teller a note βdemanding money and threatening harm,β Sgt. Chris Widmer, a Tucson police spokesman said in a news release.
The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of money and the man left the bank and was seen running northbound into a nearby apartment complex, the release said.
The suspect is described as being in his 50s, standing 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing between 180 and 190 pounds and has medium length reddish and gray hair.
He was wearing a white, long-sleeve shirt, over a black graphic t-shirt, dark pants, dark shoes, a white baseball cap and blue square frame reading glasses.
