A man was arrested and charged in two robberies of a Wells Fargo branch inside a Safeway store on the southwest side, authorities said Friday.
Jorge Martin Felix, 45, is facing two counts of robbery, said Deputy Ryan Inglett, a Pima County Sheriff's Department spokesman.
The Fugitive Investigative Strike Team located Felix, which led to his arrest, said Inglett. Felix was booked into the Pima County jail.
Felix is a suspect in a July 23 robbery of the Wells Fargo at 2940 W. Valencia Road. No one was injured in the robbery, however the suspect implied a weapon, Inglett said.
Detectives also suspect Felix in the robbery of the same branch on Sept. 11, 2015, said Inglett.
