32-year-old Michael Howard was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia. He also had a failure to appear warrant in connection to prior drug charges, Wachtel said.

Susan Sullivan, 57, is facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

58-year-old Cynthia Hartman was arrested in connection with possession of dangerous drugs, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, Wachtel said.

The fourth person, 37-year-old Brindon Gerenscer, was also arrested for possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
