Former KVOA-TV Channel 4 news anchor Kristi Tedesco has taken a job as director or marketing and sales for a Tucson-based human resources company.
Focus HR, Inc. is a woman-owned human resource service provider that started in Tucson in 2003. The company provides business solutions including payroll services, benefits administration, workers compensation and compliance protection for small and medium-sized businesses in 29 states and Washington D.C.
Tedesco worked for KVOA for 13 years, with her final broadcast airing Friday night at 10 p.m.

Tedesco grew up in Tucson and graduated from the University of Arizona in 1994. Her job at Focus will include refining the company's public message and working with new clients.
