Former President Donald Trump speaking Saturday at a campaign rally in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump will be in Cochise County on Thursday, Aug. 22, for a media event at an undisclosed location on the U.S.-Mexico border.

The visit comes three weeks after Trump’s vice presidential candidate JD Vance also made an appearance at the border in Cochise County, for a press event about 20 miles west of the Naco port of entry, in Coronado National Memorial park.

After his visit to Cochise County, Trump will head to Glendale for a Friday rally at the Desert Diamond Arena, according to the Trump-Vance campaign.
