A scholarship fund has been established in slaying victim John M. Roll's name to help students attending the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona.

The State Bar of Arizona and the UA announced Wednesday that they have established the fund.

Roll was one of six people killed Saturday when a gunman opened fire at a "Congress on Your Corner" event held by U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords at a north side Safeway.

Donors can contribute at www.law.arizona.edu/news/judge _john_roll.cfm online.

To make a donation, click anywhere on the page and select the "John M. Roll Memorial Fund" in the "I would like to contribute my gift to:" section.

Donations may also be sent by mail. Checks should be made payable to the "Law College Association," with a notation "John Roll Memorial Fund."

The address is James E. Rogers College of Law, P.O. Box 210176, Tucson, AZ 85712.
