The Pima County Board of Supervisors approved final budgets Tuesday for the county flood control, stadium and library district boards, as well as a number of improvement districts in the county and for debt service.

The flood control district board’s budget was the only one that included a secondary tax hike. The rate rose from roughly 31 cents for every $100 of assessed value to 33 cents, and the budget drew a “no” vote from Supervisor Ally Miller.

The tax rates for debt service and the stadium and library districts remain the same, the latter two of which also drew “no” votes from Miller.

The total secondary tax rate is roughly $1.60 for every $100 of assessed value.

The final budget for the county will be considered at the board’s July 5 meeting.
